Nature of problem
Through extensive user research, we discovered that university students heavily rely on When2meet for scheduling. However, this solution presents several critical issues:
- Lack of integration with calendar systems
- No built-in communication features
- Limited meeting documentation capabilities

Objective of work
Create an all-in-one collaboration platform that addresses the following key areas:
- Streamlined meeting scheduling with calendar integration

Research Method
- Diary Study - 2 weeks observation of 20 student groups
- User Interviews - 30 in-depth interviews with students and faculty
- Usability Testing - 3 rounds with 15 participants each
