A comprehensive web application designed to revolutionize team collaboration and meeting management for university students, featuring intelligent scheduling, real-time communication, and automated meeting documentation.

Nature of problem

Through extensive user research, we discovered that university students heavily rely on  When2meet  for scheduling. However, this solution presents several critical issues:

  • Lack of integration with calendar systems
  • No built-in communication features
  • Limited meeting documentation capabilities
  • Poor user interface and experience

Objective of work

Create an all-in-one collaboration platform that addresses the following key areas:

  • Streamlined meeting scheduling with calendar integration
  • Real-time team communication
  • Automated meeting minutes and task tracking
  • Intuitive user interface for enhanced productivity

Research Method

  • Diary Study - 2 weeks observation of 20 student groups
  • User Interviews - 30 in-depth interviews with students and faculty
  • Usability Testing - 3 rounds with 15 participants each

Research Result

Key findings from our research revealed that students spend an average of 5 hours per week coordinating meetings and suffer from information fragmentation across multiple platforms.
