Work

I work at the point where user research turns into a product decision about what ships, what gets cut, and what evidence would settle the argument. My background is human-computer interaction and AI, published at ACM CHI '26, alongside go-to-market work for early-stage startups and social enterprises at Interpublic and a consulting firm. What I bring to a product team is that I don't wait for a research function to hand me a finding, or for an engineering team to make it real: I scope the study, run it, own the roadmap call that comes out of it, and build the thing that proves it.
