Research Field
I am a Master's student at the University of Michigan School of Information (UMSI). Currently, I am working with Prof. Q.Vera Liao in CSE department on Human-AI interaction project.
My published research was conducted during my undergraduate at the Social Intelligence Technologies Experimental Studio (SITES), a lab/design studio led by Yoyo Tsung-Yu Hou at National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, Taiwan, focused on Human-Robot Interaction and Human-Computer Interaction.
My research interests are Human-AI interaction, computer-mediated communication, and how evidence about user behaviour turns into product strategy. I treat this work as the analytical half of product management: the skills that scope a study and defend a finding are the same ones that decide which bet a team should take next.
